When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number where given, and order contents. Payment card details are handled by Shopify's payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.

To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We only send marketing email if you ask us to. Every message includes an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time without affecting your orders.

The store uses cookies that are necessary for the basket and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, though checkout may stop working.

We share data only with the providers needed to run the store: Shopify (store and checkout), our payment processors, and the fulfilment and delivery partners who ship your order. We do not sell your personal data.

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
