An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, mispriced, or if we cannot verify payment.

Prices, availability and product information shown on this site are taken live from our Shopify store and may change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists and usage instructions come from our Shopify product records. They are provided for information only and are not medical advice. Patch test new formulas and stop use if irritation occurs.

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use our brand assets, product photography or copy without written permission.

The VYRA name, logo, site design and editorial content belong to VYRA. Product imagery may also be subject to our suppliers' rights.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies.
