Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Formulas must be unopened and sealed; activewear must be unworn, unwashed and tagged.

We refund the price paid for returned items. Original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

If a product is faulty or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund it in full, including postage.

Opened skincare, hair and body care cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Gift cards, where offered, are non-refundable.

For a different size or colour, return the original item and place a new order — that's the fastest way to secure stock.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any legal right to cancel a distance purchase.
